What are the benefits of this project?
Cost-Effective Funding through Capital Reserve:
The project is 100% funded from our existing School District Capital Reserve Fund which means there will not be any additional burden on taxpayers.Addressing Increased Enrollment:
With the ongoing increase in enrollment, there is a pressing need for additional regular education classrooms. The inclusion of two extra classrooms in the school renovations project directly addresses this demand.Timely Completion and Utilization of Space:
The timeline for completing the renovations is 5 months. Completing the construction by the fall of 2024 ensures that the new classrooms will be available for use in a relatively short period. This timely completion not only minimizes disruptions to the ongoing academic activities but also maximizes the benefits of the additional space.
